Ingredients:

  • ½ sachet of Enshake® vanilla (48.2g)
  • Whole milk (120ml)
  • 8 medium potatoes (1200g)
  • Butter (30g)
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes or until cooked
  2. Drain and mash potatoes with the butter
  3. In a shaker, mix together Enshake® and milk until dissolved
  4. Add Enshake® mixture to the potatoes
  5. Using a hand whisk, stir the mixture until a creamy consistency is reached
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately

Serving suggestions:

  • Garnish with spring onions or parsley
