Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 200ml (1 bottle) Ensure® Plus juce (flavour of preference)
  • 1 Apple
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 1 can Pineapple chunks in juice

Method:

  1. Wash the apple and pear thoroughly and cut into bite size chunks.
  2. Peel orange and divide into segments
  3. Peel kiwi and cut into thin slices
  4. Place fruit in a large serving bowl and mix together
  5. Add pineapple chunks to the bowl and mix together. Pour juice and Ensure® Plus juce over the fruit.
  6. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour before serving

Serving suggestions:

  • Serve with natural yoghurt or ice cream
