Creamy Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 200mls of PaediaSure® Plus vanilla
  • 50g pudding rice
  • 250-300ml whole milk

Method:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring the rice and milk to the boil
  2. Reduce the heat and stir in PaediaSure® Plus
  3. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally
  4. Add more milk if required
  5. Transfer to a bowl and serve

Serving suggestions:

  • Top with strawberry jam or honey
  • Stir in some cinnamon or nutmeg for a hint of spice.
