Our last inspection showed that the service is meeting all CQC national standards. The Abbott Nurse Advisor Service has been described as safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led and our lead and support system is rated as outstanding practice. All patients involved rated the Abbott service highly and said they would recommend it to anyone who needed a similar service. The leadership of the service is defined as strong and committed with good outcomes for our patients.
